Stop rotator freezing

Amateurs who have experienced difficulty with PI beam rotators freezing-up in cold weather might be interested in my inexpensive solution to this problem. Position a 150-watt light bulb just below the rotator mechanism and enclose it with asbestos paper. Connect a heavy duty power cord to the lamp and to a power receptacle. When the temperature goes down and the rotator sticks, turn on the light bulb for about fifteen or thirty minutes. The rotator will then turn "free" again.
